2019 MULLY OPEN

Welcome to the 2019 Mully Open and congratulations to last year's champs, John DeBoo, Mark Legree, Brian Woods (say what?), oh yeah, and I forgot, former Canadian Junior Champ and Canadian Open participant, Peter Laws (if Peter plays this year he will be hitting from the tips/golds)

Again this year we are faced with another price hike, $1 per player, our 3rd raise in 3 consecutive years.  That means a $150 is lost from our prize table as we intend to keep the fee to $100 but next year we upping the entry fee to $105.  To compensate for the loss we are gong to have a 50/50 draw but all money collected will be paid out, for example if we collect $250 we will be having 2 draws at $125 each.  Tickets will be sold only until 7:45am on the day for the tournament.  You can enter as an individual or as a team and tickets will be $2 each or 3 for $5.

We would also like individuals to sign in this year so we have everyone's contact information.

This year I will assign each team to a tee block with a handicap, if you wish to move back or forward, you will either gain or lose 2 strokes on the first move and 1 more stroke if you jump 2 spots (max 2 jumps, max 3 strokes).. Only ladies will hit from reds.   So for example, "(a.  if I start you on orange at minus 2 and you wish to move back to white your handicap would go to minus 4.), (b.  if I start you on blue at minus 5 and you wish to move up to the white, your handicap would become -3), and yes you can move 2 spots to which would result in your handicap increasing or decreasing by 3 strokes max). *June 26th is the cutoff date for moving. (Remember if you are thinking about moving, all men will hit from the white tees on holes 1, 6 and 11.)
